We do not use your protected health information for advertising.

We share your information only as necessary to provide care and operate our business: with our affiliated clinical platform partner (LegUpRx), the independent licensed practitioners and pharmacies involved in your treatment, with service providers under confidentiality obligations (e.g., hosting and email), and when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@investedinmi.com. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by medical record laws.

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

By using investedinmi.com you agree to these Terms. Our website provides information about telehealth services for women's metabolic and hormonal wellness, including GLP-1 and hormone therapies, and allows you to request consultations and lab work.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here creates a patient-provider relationship. A relationship is formed only after you complete an intake, a licensed provider evaluates you, and a treatment plan is agreed. Clinical care is provided by independent, state-licensed practitioners through our affiliated platform partner, LegUpRx — Invest in You does not itself provide medical care. All medications are prescribed only if clinically appropriate, at the sole judgment of the prescribing provider. Requests for specific medications may be declined.

Prices shown on this website are subject to change, and your provider will confirm the cost of your personalized plan before you are charged. Subscription plans renew monthly and may be cancelled per the instructions provided at checkout and in your confirmation materials.

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may update these Terms; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

When you receive care through Invest in You, your protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable medical privacy laws.

We use and disclose PHI only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations — for example, sharing your labs with your prescribing provider or your prescription with a compounding pharmacy — and with your authorization for other purposes, or when required by law.

Our systems and business associates — including our affiliated clinical platform partner, LegUpRx — apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI, including encryption in transit and access limited to workforce members who need it to do their jobs.

You have rights over your PHI, including the right to request a copy, request corrections, receive an accounting of disclosures, and request restrictions on certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact info@investedinmi.com. If you believe your privacy rights were violated, you may file a complaint with us and with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Invest in You is a marketing and wellness brand. All clinical services — medical consultations, prescriptions, and treatment decisions — are provided by LegUpRx, an independent white-label telehealth company, and the state-licensed practitioners and contracted pharmacies in its network. Invest in You does not employ prescribers and does not practice medicine.

The practitioner who evaluates you is licensed in your state and is identified to you by name and credential before your consultation. Medications are dispensed by licensed US compounding pharmacies contracted through LegUpRx.
